The villa and terrace overlook the pool and sunbathing area where you have sun all day long on the pool. There is a BBQ along with patio furniture on the terrace for alfresco dining, as well as a gazebo with table and seating overlooking the pool, with great views over the country side and mountains towards Mazzaron, which you can admire as you relax with a cool drink.
The villa also has a planted garden to one side which includes Olive, Lemon and Orange trees.
The villa has a large lounge with dining area which has ceiling fans as well as Air Con and fully equipped open plan kitchen which includes Fridge Freezer, Integrated Oven and Hob, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Water Filter, Cafetiere as well as cutlery, crockery, utensils cookware etc. Plus Cool Bag and Ice Blocks for beach picnics.
Both bedrooms have Air Con, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with W/C and bidet . The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a separate shower room with W/C + washing machine.
There are side stairs leading up to the roof solarium where you can sun bathe, or appreciate the lovely mountain views. Sunbathing area where you have sun all day long on the pool.
