There are ceiling fans throughout the inside of the property and also on the front terrace along with soft loungers.
Heaters are also provided should they be needed.
In the large spacious garden there is a stunning 10 metres by 10 metres private pool which is simply perfect for a large family. There are also several terraces for sunbathing with lie-flat sunloungers and the pool and terrace get sun all day until it goes down late in the evening.
For those that enjoy al fresco dining, the table and benches on the outside bar-b-que terrace seats 8-10 people and the grape-vine covered pergola provides lots of shade if required. The bar-b-que is a fantastic large stone chiminea!
The garden is very pretty and very secluded with high walls on all sides and lots of bougainvillea shrubs, palms,olive trees and citrus trees.
There is also ample space to park your car both in the car port are of the property and on the quiet residential road outside.
