FINANCIAL 

Payment plan breakdown to purchase your property.

A 3000.00 euro reservation is an immediate hold against your property.  This is refundable UP TO 20 DAYS ONLY.

After the 20 days the 25% is then payable - after deducting the reservation fee of course.  On receipt of this payment this then confirms contract between POLARIS WORLD and you the PURCHASER, no payments are now refundable.

A further 15% is payable after 9 months.

The balance is 60% and is payable on completion.

IVA - TAXES - FEES

The purchase of a property is subject to a 7% tax (IVA).  A detailed guide line listed below of what will be paid upon purchasing a property of 120,000 sterling.

A bank guarantee covering all your payments to purchase will be provided.  If Polaris World were to cease trading then the secure SPANISH BANKS who have underwritten all the resorts will refund all monies.

There is a 10 year policy which has been underwritten for Polaris World developments, to cover against any structural defect in your property.
