Viewing Trips
You will be allocated to a member of staff who will look after your every need from visiting the area, purchasing the property, helping with Legal and Banking, Foreign Exchange and Insurance, if required. They can actually give you all relevant information about living in Spain and point you in the direction needed with all the bureaucracy. Another World Properties SL offer an incentive of refunding on completion of the purchase, as follows:
- Flights - up to 2 people 100euro per person.
- Accommodation - 2 nights 40euro per couple per night.
The terms to obtain the above incentive, once your dates have been booked in are as follows:
- The hotel must be booked via Another World Properties SL and the 2 days viewing must be solely with Another World Properties SL.
Please Note:
- This offer does not apply for any distressed properties below 70,000euro.
- AWP sl will only pay on receipt of your invoice for your flights, so please keep a copy of your payment safe.
- If Another World Properties have to re negotiate their fees with the vendor to secure a sale for a client on a viewing trip, then whatever percentage we loose will be deducted from the viewing trip allowance.
Be Prepared:
- Bring your camera or other device to take pictures.
- Ensure that you have enough funds available to leave a minimum holding fee of 3000euro
