The third bedroom is accessed via external stairs, it is a double with fitted wardrobes with patio doors to the solarium and has a shower ensuite. This villa has an electric card meter, to stop air conditioning being left on all day, the owner will allow 1 card per week for the amount of andeuro;30.00.
