BOOKING PROCEDURE

 

A 25% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking.

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 8 weeks prior to arrival then the whole amount is due.

Please note that all properties now have a security deposit 100GBP (refundable after a villa check and cleaners report) and departure clean and launder to pay, The clean and launder fee will be itemized on your form.

Payment options
Debit card/credit card.

We require your flight details to finalise your booking, this will then allow us to allocate a member of staff to meet you at your urbanization in Spain. Failure to confirm this information, could mean you are waiting a few hours to check in.

Don’t forget holiday insurance!

On the day of arrival please inform us of any delays over an hour.

Meet and greet, a member of staff will meet you at the confirmed location (this will be confirmed shortly before your departure) and take you to your villa. In the majority of cases the person checking you in on arrival and out on departure will be the person who looks after the property. They will show you the electrics box location, how to work the tv and air con units.

Office – we have an office on Camposol sector B – Commercial Centre, facing the car park, next to Happy Pets – for any enquiries 0034 968592679, or to book your next holiday.

There will be an information file in the property, providing local information and emergency numbers.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS WILL BE HELD FOR 24 HOURS ONLY – UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE.

PLEASE NOTE CHECK IN TIMES – AFTER 4PM – CHECK OUT TIMES 10.00AM  - CHECK IN TIMES AFTER 11.00PM INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

 

BOOKING INFORMATION

Another World Properties/Camposol Properties are acting as an Advertising Agent only on behalf of all owners, and as such, the contract is with the relevant owner. We do not have the responsibility to compensate for whatever nature suffered by the hirer.

If there are any issues with the property then this needs to be brought to the attention of the office, within office hours 10.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday.  Out of office times please email to info@camposolproperties.com  Only on urgent matters please text to the above numbers.

Adequate insurance must be purchased by the hirer.

We have carefully selected and inspected all properties advertised and we endeavour to maintain a high standard. However, inevitably, items break and require maintenance, therefore please be aware that you may encounter maintenance staff and pool cleaners during your stay.

Please note that the owner is not liable for any supplies provided by a third party.

Please note all our properties are non smoking, we ask you to respect this by smoking outside. Please note that there are Residents in the surrounding areas and respect noise levels, especially in the early hours. The Applicant accepts these conditions on behalf of all the members of the Villa party. Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to use the property. All our owners prefer family or bookings from couples. They do not accept bookings from single sexed bookings Hen or Stag bookings. Failure to adhere to any of the booking terms and conditions will lead to immediate termination of the booking.

Check-in/Check-out
The property is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

 

Your responsibilities
The party must treat the property, it’s furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to our local representative. The applicant must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage. We reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit. Please remember these are people’s homes.

 

To purchase adequate insurance to cover all eventualities.

 

Safety
On arrival at the premises please familiarise yourself with the layout of the property, and identify any potential hazards e.g. unexpected steps and slippery surfaces. Please note that tiles become very slippery when wet, take care if your feet are wet both inside and outside. Children must be supervised by an Adult in the pool area. Glass and breakable crockery must not be taken into the pool or surrounding patio area.
