The cleaning and maintaining of a swimming pool is an essential part of property ownership. Even more so if you are a rental owner, cutting corners in the long term could cost you more, as claims could be made against you.
Due to the weather, a pool that is not regularly maintained and chemically treated can quickly lead to the growth of bacteria, causing infections, especially in children.
Our experienced staff will usually be in and out within an hour, causing the minimum inconvenience to either yourselves or your guests.
In ensuring a clean, clear pool our maintenance includes:
Adjusting or maintaining the chemical balance.
Correct timing for the filter and pump functions.
Regular cleaning of the filter itself.
Removing foreign particles from the pool.
Reporting any malfunctions with the pump direct to the owner, liaising with an engineer if required.
The following can all contribute to causing problems if your pool if not maintained properly:
Rain, wind and sunshine all have an influence on the clarity of the water.
Swimmers introduce foreign particles such as sweat, urine, lotions and oils.
